WE IMPROVE THE CONTROLS IN OUR FOLDING-GLUING SYSTEM
We have just completed the installation of several investments in our folding-gluing machine with the aim of continuing to improve our quality controls in our production processes.
On one hand, high-definition cameras have been installed to ensure the correct gluing of the automatic bottoms. This allows us to ensure that 100% of the boxes we deliver to our customers are perfectly glued.
On the other hand, another high-speed camera has been installed to read the barcode of each box passing through the machine, in order to identify them individually and avoid any possible mix-up of references. This is particularly important when producing several very similar references, produced one after the other.
These two important investments reinforce Graficas Comtal’s commitment to continuous improvement and allow us to offer our customers the highest quality standards in the industry.
